FSK Mall and sotre that Frederick needs

Well, there has been much controversy over the years about the retail environment in Frederick. FSK Mall is poised to get a Barnes and Noble and it is to open 04/04/07. Also, there are many new developments along Carroll Crrek that have quite a few people excited. However, many of us still have to go back down towards wehre we work in the Montgomery County, Dc Area to shop for what we are looking for. I have writtten several times to PREIT who owns FSK Mall and told then the mall needs a MAJOR makeover including getting rid of Value city. Also, it needs to be expanded with a food court and another fine department store and possibley a Nordstrom's. I have also written to Nordstom's as well. the mall needs another level to house more and better stores and should become a super regional mall and be more like Dulles Town Center, Lakeforet, Montgomery and Columbia Malls. In addition, many poeple want a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and others stores. I welcome your comments here!
